The Joy Charkin Ganney Nursery School of the Lincoln Park Jewish Center has been serving the community for over 53 years.

 

We offer a two day nursery program as well as a 3, 4, or 5 day pre-kindergarten half day program for children ages 2 to 5 years old. A warm and secure environment provides a highly stimulating early learning experience for your child's social and educational development.

In addition to our fall program (Sept. through June), we also offer a summer program. Our classroom facilities are completely air conditioned. The school has grown in size and stature, and continues to offer many educational opportunities for our children. Children of all faiths and backgrounds are welcome and currently attend our school. We are listed in many early childhood directories and receive regular referrals from local private schools as well as the Yonkers Public School system.

We offer reading readiness, painting and library time as well as outdoor and indoor playground and low-organization activities. Our teachers have many years of experience and offer more than adequate coverage and supervision throughout the day.
